The Chocolate Den offers the following easy methods of ordering our delicious chocolates:

Your credit card is only authorized after placing order. It will be charged when your order is shipped.


We have a large selection of molds here in the store. However, if we don't have something you would like, we'll be happy to obtain the mold for you. A fee may apply.

INTERNET
To order via Internet, choose your selections in the Tradtional and/or Custom pages. Include your telephone number and email address. Specify a time of day that is best for you to be contacted. In the comments section, note any special requests or questions you have. Do NOT provide a credit card number at this time. Your credit card number will be obtained when we you are contacted. Click on the submit button and your request will arrive in our email box. The Chocolate Den will respond to your request within 24 hours.

IN STORE
If you are in the Traverse City, Michigan area be sure to stop in our store located at 324 East Front Street. We make different varieties of chocolate every week. Our showcases are filled with a chocolate lovers delight and we have samples waiting for you try.

Call us with your order at 231-935-3618 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST Monday thru Saturday. We'll be glad to answer your questions or help you with your order.

MAIL
Use our online form as a guide as to the information we will need from you. Check our Shipping Info Link to determine how much to enclose for shipping. Send your order with a check, money order or credit card number for the total due. Be sure to include your e-mail address and phone number in case we have any questions. Include the address where you would like your order shipped. When your order is received, it will be shipped out promptly.
